There's quite a bit that goes into a good marketing strategy. Renee is a born writer so it takes up most of the work she does, but why do anything if there isn't a strategy? How do you build a strategy if you don't do some analysis? From there it takes a strong leader, some creativity, and some trust.

I think it scares people when I say that I am not afraid of failure. How do you learn if you don't fail? Success is great (and, yeah, I've had a lot of it), but if you don't know how to get back up, look at what went wrong, and try again, are you really successful?

It's only a failure if you fail to learn from it.
