Careers Launch Talent Group is seeking a strategic, quota-carrying Partnerships Manager to grow relationships with private equity firms and turn portfolio-company introductions into successful client engagements.

This is an opportunity for a consultative enterprise seller who understands cloud infrastructure, cost optimization, and the private equity ecosystem. You will own key sponsor relationships, lead complex sales cycles with portfolio companies, and help clients realize measurable savings and operational improvements.

What you’ll do

• Own and deepen relationships with private equity operating partners, deal teams, and executive stakeholders.
\n
• Lead recurring partner meetings, present portfolio impact, and drive adoption across portfolio companies.
\n
• Manage full enterprise sales cycles from warm introduction through discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and signed agreements.
\n
• Sell to cross-functional buying groups, including CFOs, technology leaders, and investment teams.
\n
• Position cloud optimization and infrastructure automation in terms of financial impact, efficiency, and value-creation plans.
\n
• Build new pipeline through referrals, partner introductions, events, and expansion within existing accounts.
\n
• Partner with Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams to support a strong customer experience and share market feedback.
\n
• Track relationship health, introduction volume, stakeholder engagement, and follow-through on commitments.
\n

What you’ll bring

• Experience managing strategic partner or channel relationships while personally carrying a quota and closing enterprise technology deals.
\n
• Proven success running complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles independently.
\n
• Strong executive presence and the ability to turn technical cloud concepts into compelling business outcomes.
\n
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cloud cost optimization, or FinOps.
\n
• A track record of earning trust, creating value, and generating repeat introductions through strong execution.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• A practical, thoughtful habit of using AI tools to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
\n
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and travel periodically.
\n
• Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
\n

Preferred qualifications

\n
• Experience with a cloud provider, cloud systems integrator, or cloud technology consultancy.
\n
• Direct experience selling to private equity-backed businesses or working with PE sponsors.
\n
• Familiarity with PE buying dynamics, value-creation plans, and accelerated executive decision-making.
\n
• Experience managing complex named accounts with multiple buying centers or related business entities.
\n
