Key responsibilities Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions Interact extensively with claimants and stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the claims process Document and communicate claim activity timely, supporting the overall outcome of the claim file Required qualifications High School Diploma Minimum of 5 years related claims experience Active Adjusters' licenses in applicable jurisdictions Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices Computer experience with related claims and business software
